  • Cancelations and Weather

We are constantly watching the weather radar and apps and reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to the weather if we feel conditions are unsafe.

We have a bad weather policy and offer full refunds, or the option to reschedule, if it is raining at the time of a scheduled reservation or if there is a 60% chance, or higher, of rain for the day.

Because of the nature of Florida weather, we can not offer full refunds on a small chance of rain or an afternoon 15 min. shower.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours or more notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
